Enjoy Lotus Biscoff in Five Different Ways

Here is a little trivia about your favorite biscuit.
Biscoff is derived from BIScuits and COFFee for the most obvious reason. This yummy piece of biscuit is your best partner for your cup of warm and aromatic coffee. Not only it is crispy but it has a little kick of cinnamon which makes this traditional cookie into something unique that sets it apart from its counterparts. 

So how do you enjoy Biscoff?

1. PLAIN AND STRAIGHT.


2. PARTNER WITH TEA INSTEAD OF COFFEE

My fellow coffee-lovers will surely react to this but this is a good alternative for non-coffee drinkers. Biscoff is also a great partner for tea especially for black tea. 



3. USE AS CRUST OR BISCUIT BASE

The crispy biscuits make a great ingredient to your favorite cheesecake or pie. You simply have to grind the biscuits and mix with butter or margarine. The spiced-flavor of the Biscoff adds flavor to your pie, too!


4. USE AS FILLING TO YOUR CUPCAKES 

Because the crispy biscuit can easily be mixed and paired with other flavors, you may also use Biscoff as filling (or topping) to your cupcakes. You may use the entire biscuit, coarsely-grounded or finely-grounded biscuits mixed with cream, jam or any liquid-based ingredient and pipe in to your cupcakes before adding your favorite toppings.



5. USE AS TOPPING 

The beautiful and classic design of Biscoff also makes it a good garnish to your dessert. Earlier, we used ground Biscoff and a slice of the biscuit to top our creme brulee. Not only its aesthetically pleasing, it also adds a wonderful texture and flavor to your food.
