About two years ago, the biggest buffet company invaded Davao with the biggest buffet store in the city opening together with the only premier mall, SM Lanang Premier. Each month, Vikings has been brewing many promotions for its loyal customer to introduce something new and fun. You may have read their Street Food Around the World post that I had shared last year.
This year, they started a monthly Food fest which features a favorite ingredient. For February, Vikings Lanang highlighted Yogurt. For the first one hundred customers who registered and joined the photo-sharing event, each received a Chocolate Moist Layered Yogurt Panna cotta with Chocolate Glaze. The cake was a soft, light chocolate sponge cake topped with a yogurt panna cotta and bathe with chocolate glaze, best enjoyed when chilled as it falls apart on higher temperature.
